I have a pdf with about 200 pages. The first page is the cover a postcard, and the remaining pages are various versions of the back of the postcard. I'm looking to extract all the pages into separate files, BUT, I want each file to also contain a copy of the first page (front of the postcard). So the end result is 200 different files, containing a copy of the postcard front and one postcard back. Is there an easy way of doing this? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Well to extract all the pages to separate files, you can make a simple Automator action to do that. But keeping a copy of the first page in each copy is a whole different matter. You may have to open the "backsides" in Preview one at a time, drag the "frontside" into the sidebar, and then save it.
