capture what is going on on screen
I need a software that captures everything that is happening on the screen and that allows you to publish the results with audio in a format that can be put in web without plugins different from the Flash one -it's almost a standard-.

I have seen Snapz Pro, but apparently it only produces .mov movies, which needs a plugin to be installed, and it's not convinient for most Windows users (they are a vast majority in my country). Do you know any software like that?

    Thanks in advance.

I take it you need to convert the quictime movie to a flash movie
