I just got amplitube 2 and i want to record stuff in garageband. is there a way i can record outgoing sounds music?

What kind of sound card do you use? And why do you want to record outgoing sounds? Surely you want to record incoming? Let me know what you are trying to achieve and I will help you.

What i want to do is play my guitar through amplitube and record it using garageband but not through the built in microphone?
& how can i see want sound card i have?

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think Garage Band supports VST plug-ins and that's what Ampli-tube is. I'd suggest finding a different multi-track recording program that supports VST. Audacity is free and you can download a plug-in for it that will let it support VST.

I've used Amplitube as a plug-in with GarageBand, works fine.
