    Well I didn't know that, the it blokes didn't have a problem with it so I assumed it was legal.

    Site Licenses aren't transferrable. Unless they have paid for "work-at-home" rights, and you qualify, this would be a violation of the agreement, and discussing it is a violation of the fourm rules.
