Hey. I have an external HD that is working fine with Time Machine. However, the icon that you use to open up the application is NO WHERE to be found. When I do a search for "time machine" the only thing that pops up is the external hard drive... it IS in my preference pane and I can change the settings (which to not backup, where to do so etc), however, I have no way to "go back" using the program...

Any idea?

Thanks

But it's not... I've looked and can't find it anywhere!

You must have deleted it then. You'll need to manually go into your Time Machine backup drive and dig it out.

Well, that was exceptionally difficult! LOL God, Time Machine ROCKS. I simply dug into a folder that had it and dragged it into my apps folder... God, how simple.

Thanks!
