I have a macbook os x, 2 GHz intel cor duo, 1 GB memorry.

I want to get age of empires 3. will it work on my comp?

Well, you should try to check the system requirements of the game. Is it compatible with Macs? Is the amount of RAM you have sufficient enough?

If you meet the requirements, then it will work.

The requirements are at the very bottom of the page. Req. G4 1.4 GHz 512MB mem. so I think you should be ok, but it *is* the min. requirements

my guess is that it will "work", but considering my experience with a number of games that push the limits of the macbook, your macbook may sound like a jet engine the whole time you're playing.
