Cant seem to find one for OS X. What a good stealth / privacy browser?

OS X 10.6.4
2GB RAM
2.4Ghz Core 2 Duo

Really? Care to explain? Does it mask your IP? I use FF and never cared much for Safari but if it permits "anonymous" surfing, I sure as heck wouldn't mind switching.
