installing cs3 problems

Hi all, I am having a problem installing Adobe cs3 on my macbook pro, when I get to the progamme installation page it cannot load phortoshop cs3 because it says it conflicts with another copy of photoshop cs3 (which I dont have) have done a spotlight search no joy so what to do?
