DVR to computer

Member Since: Aug 19, 2007 Posts: 3 Mac Specs: 2.0Ghz Macbook	11-20-2007, 12:21 AM supposedly, I can use a firewire cable to go from my DVR box (Motorola DCT6416 III) to my computer. I've got a macbook running Tiger, and am using a 6pin to 6pin firewire cord. I've got it plugged in on both ends, but no notice, or anything is popping up... what do I do?
