I was trying to upload an email list of 22,000 into my address book, and it froze up address book. Whenever I click on one of the addresses to delete to try to clear it up, it freezes. And ever since that happened, ichat won't work. I don't know what to do, I have access to address book so I can do some stuff to fix it, I just don't know what. I am a fairly new mac user, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you have 22,000 e-mail addresses?

There are 10 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.

There are two types of IT problems in the world. PEBKAC and ID 10 T's.

Seems to me some kind of mailing list software is a better option than Mail.app

You can look in /Library/Application Support/Address Book and delete everything there. It should wipe your Address Book.
