Hi all
i am a new mac user and have just got my macbook pro...first impression is that is great!! However, I need to get the hang of the different apps and how they work, one question I have is...how can two users share and access the same photo library? Help is appreciated cheers p |

Enabling sharing of an iPhoto library between users/computers on the same network involves these steps:
This first step only applies if you have the Firewall enabled. Otherwise move on to (b) (a) Launch System Preferences ~> Sharing ~> and click on the Sharing Tab.
![]() (b) Launch iPhoto and open iPhoto's Preferences then click on Sharing.
![]() (c) Quit iPhoto and relaunch it and if you follow the above steps with each user that is to share your Library, then you will see their available Library in the Source column of your iPhoto app. See below image. ![]() . |
