I noticed that iTunes asked me to update my iPod the other day and i clicked yes, but an error box came up alerting me to a connection problem.

I have just tried to access the iTunes store inside iTunes just now and i am getting the same error

Quote:
iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. an unknown error occurred(11333).
Make sure your network connection is active and try again.
I am definatly connected to this internet as im actually posting this now! I am currently on windows vista and i have checked my firewall to make sure that it is not blocking it, and access it granted to iTunes.

I know this is a mac forum and this is on vista, but its apple software and all the other forums i visit are not as helpfull.
QUOTE Thanks
