Right - this is causing me much grief so I would much appreciate help :-)

We have public folders set up on our Exchange server but for some reason they will not show in Entourage - here's what I've assessed so far:
- I can view the public folders fine on OWA
- I have tried to connect to the public folders via Finder>Go>Connect to Server & typing 'http://server/exchange/public" which then asks for my user name & password ('WebDav File System Authentication'). I enter them but an error returns saying "The operation cannot be completed because one or more required items cannot be found (Error code -43)". (I have also tried to connect with the 'public' ie. 'http://server/exchange' with the same result)
- I set the public folder up on the Exchange server & set my permissions to be as an 'Owner' so technically I should have full access but when I select "All public folders" in Entourage it says "You don't have sufficient permissions to view the contents of this folder"

PLEASE HELP! I can't understand why Entourage won't let me view them.

& here are the various program versions I am using etc:
OSX ver 10.3.9
Entourage 2004 for Mac ver 11.3.6
Exchange System Microsoft Corp ver 6.5

Also, presently, on the "Advanced" tab of my Account Settings in Entourage, the Public Folders Server is set to "server/public/". (I have tried adding in 'http://' at the beginning to no avail).

& I don't know if this makes any difference, but I used Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2 to create the public folders on the Exchange server in the first place.

Thanks

Did you find a solution to this? I am having the same exact problem. I also get the message that the correct root certificate is not installed. Please help!
