Secure Emails & Internet browsing?

I currently have 2 email accounts on Gmail and one NTL (ISP) I use Mail for my ISP one, and Thunderbird for the other. I am interested in a way of making sure my emails and internet browsing is secure. In a way NO one can see it, I use a wireless network and I know about these packet sniffers. I will be grateful for any help, Thank you very much. Nick. |
