iTunes: play count vs. has been played

In iTunes I know that play count isn't incremented unless you play to end or at least the last few seconds. But iTunes and FrontRow know if you've played just a little bit of it, they remove the blue dot next to it. Does anyone know how to make a smart list that would do something like: everything that doesn't have blue dot? iMac, MB, MB Air, nano |
