Gaia theme?

Maybe i'm in way over my head, but i found this theme online and it looks amazing! I downloaded the guikit and assumed it would be an easy install but i don't have any program to install it with. Is anyone familiar on how to do this? I've tried searching online but no luck....maybe i don't know what i'm looking for.
