Is their anyway to to use photobooth effects and broadcast your cam like that through like yahoo messanger? Or is their any good software for the mac? Thanks

I don't believe there is as of now, but it will be a feature in Leopard.

yes it wil be a feature in leopard but only for AIM on ichat.

There was an add-on to iChat that provided those sort of effects, but I'm guessing Apple bought it and that's what they're implementing in Leopard (just like with CoverFlow). I can't remember what it's called, but if you do some Google investigating, you might be able to still find a live download link.

EDIT: Maybe not:
