Layout with iWork

I've been using Pagemaker for years to layout and print documents -- posters, playbills, tickets, flyers, etc. Will I be able to do the same with iWork? Does it permit drag and drop of text blocks, insertion of graphics, etc?

Yes it's awesome! I just got iWork '08 shipped to me today and have been playing around with it!
