Help with shape shifter...

I have a c2d macbook "13, and for some reason shape shifter wont work. Each time I try to change the theme, it loads it and then it asks me if it can restart the dock and menu bar, but nothing changes, its all the same. Anyone have any idea why?

You need to log out you user account and then log back in.
