So, I got Cyberduck, but I have no idea how to use it.

I'm not even sure what it does...

Any tips or anything to get me started?

FTP and SFTP browser. it allows you to connect to (s)ftp servers for file upload/dowload.

I use it because it suports keys auth if to compare it to FUGU. for the moment it is the best in my menu from the category.

Not meaning to sound like I'm being rude, but you shouldn't download something if you have no idea what it does or what it is for.
Sure Cyberduck is just a harmless FTP app, but that kind of behavior can lead to trouble if you aren't careful.
Don't feel the need to download something because another person has it on his/her "must have" apps list. Those lists are not really much help to most people, as the apps are subjective to whomever is making the list.

The world don't move to the beat of just one drum, and what might be right for you may not be right for some.
