If you had to pick one, what application is your favorite? It can be one that was pre-installed on your Mac, or one that you downloaded yourself. For me, its gotta be Aptana, with Quicksilver close behind. Aptana is probably the best HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML editor I have ever used.

If it had to be one, I would pick Imagewell. Great little program. In close second though is Cyberduck.

RagTime (word processor, high-end layout, spreadsheet)

Mellel - best linguistics word processor on Mac (especially for combining LTR and RTL languages, and doing so elegantly and easily)
