Mac Specs: 15in MBP 2.5GHz Core2Duo | 1.83Ghz Dual G5 PowerMac | 2.0 GHz Dual G5 PowerMac

I have an archive that i would like to transfer between my PC to my Mac, and i'm curious which format would be the best for it to recognize. I can make a .zip, .rar, and .exe file type.
