Mac Specs: Mac Book Pro 17" 2GB Ram, Intel Core Duo

I was trying to use quicktime yesterday and ... nada ??? i was attempting to watch the moliere trailor at apple, and it never loaded, so i tried another, and the same thing ??? what is the issue with quicktime, it never loaded and still doesn't load, and i have quicktime pro.
