OS 10.4 - error 13 again

Hi i am still getting that error 13 message when trying to attach and attachment to hotmail etc.

I am pretty new to all these computer words so could you describe what I should do but do it in a really basic way so I will know what the **** you are on about?

I'm left wondering exactly what it is you're having problems with when it comes to attachments/Hotmail. What type of Hotmail account do you have? What is the type of file you want to attach? What is the size of that file? Do you absolutely need to send this file via Hotmail?

I also wonder if using a different browser could make a difference. Which one are you currently using?
