Broswer that views Copy Protected Html?

I cannot find a browser that will view
Copy Protected Html Encryption .htm files, it just goes to blank, i tried using Internet Explorer, but it just froze up on me. I'm trying to look at a WoW Guide (lol) and was told to use IE, since IE is hard to find for mac, and is outdated, it did not work. can anyone help me find a browser that views Copy protected html encryption?
