Safari Reset Option

Hey Mac users!! :mac:

I just wanted to know when you choose the Reset Safari option in well yes safari can you recover history and cookies ect? becuase i know secure delete permanently deletes anything in the Trash and can not be recovered is this the same for deleted safari files ?

Once you reset Safari, your cookies and cache are gone.
