I know this is a long list of games but I'm relatively new to the Mac and in the WinXP world Sudoku, Mahjong, Chess, Scrabble, and Tetris were my favorite computer games.
I don't need anything fancy and prefer something that is very cheap or either shareware or free. Any good suggestions?
QUOTE Thanks

Sudoku

(Freeware Widget)

Chess
It came on your computer.
(It seems clicking the link doesn't work... so drag it to your URL bar and it'll open your Applications folder with the Chess.app highlighted. I thought it was a nice touch at the time...)

Scrabble

(Official Demo)

Tetris

(Freeware, actually uses a few different block shapes from the original Tetris I believe, though I'm not sure)

Try:

www.macupdate.com

www.macgamestore.com

www.gamehouse.com

On some of these sites, you can try them out before you buy. Most are only $20.

Have fun!
