Program to make a Family Tree?

Hello, I'm trying to create a detailed family tree as a gift, but in order to do that I need a program (I tried making it work in Word and it was a horrible mess...didn't turn out the way I wanted it to).
What programs are out there for Macs that would let me make a small (15 people) family tree with pictures?
