Is there any good programs that I can use on my macbook to make PDF files? Thanks.

I think that Mac OS X's built-in app Preview could let you do that. Like you import the doc, go to print it but just click on Save as PDF instead.

I don't have Word or any Word docs so can't try it here to see if it works. Sorry if I'm wrong about this.

Every Mac program can create PDFs. I have Word and do it all the time. Simply go to File --> Print and choose the PDF button at the bottom of the dialog screen.

It doesn't get any easier than this.

This is exactly how you do it...1-2-3...EASY.
