Application for Turning iSight into a Spy Cam?

I can't find one for a Mac! What I want it to do is:

-Detect and record motion with a fairly high frame per second rate
-Save the movies as movie files, not images
-I don't care if it's not free, but not too expensive! ^_^

Any suggestions are very appreciated! Thanks!
