You need to look for it on the OS X install discs that came with your MacBook. They are inside the PKG files, you need a tool to extract contents from PKGs. I don't remember it, but I'm sure someone here does. MacHeadCase knows for sure.

G'day macbookdabest,

You need Pacifist to transfer the app from your install DVD to your MacBook. Try the method outlined in this link.

when i removed iphoto i took all of it's parts and put them in folders with names that corresponded to their original path, and put those in one folder that i compressed and archived to cd-rom. i figured if i needed it again, i'd just put it back.

I deleted iChat and read here that Pacifist can get it back without having to reinstall and it worked. Great Program.
