I have Microsoft Office for Mac. I received a power point presentation. there is no sound. I checked the box on preferences "provide feedback for sound" saved it and played it but no sound. When I went back to preferences the box
was unchecked. I played the same file on a Windows computer and it works fine. What am I missing?
QUOTE Thanks
