Guys, I think Worms 2 is really called Worms 3D. It's made by Feral Interactive.

there've been so many itterations of worms, though i am pretty sure there was a worms 2 that was also very 2 dimensional, but had much better graphics than the first worms. i'm guessing 3d may have been the third installment.

yep, right on that page you linked... "So Worms 3D on the Mac? Yes indeedy - the third generation of Worms has gone all 3 dimensional on us..."

oh, and it's ppc, i wonder how that would play with all that eye candy via rosetta.

Sorry my bad. I found this entry, Help Me Not Study For My Finals.

Seems Worms 2 was Windows-only...

Ive been playing workms 2 on my xp laptop this morning, it would have made the switch to mac complete if it had been available, i think worms and worms 3d are both pathetic.

Thanks anyway

Playing Worms in a Windows machine... that should work for a joke or two...
Anyway, i also looked for Worms 2 when i got my iBook, no luck. They complicated too much the controls for Worms 3d.
