ichat video problem

I have been trying to connect with a friend who has a pc with aol instant messenger on it. It is suppose to work well with ichat. Anyway when we try to connect with video, it will flash on for a split second then it will say timed out or user cancelled session. (text works fine)

Is some program or something blocking the video connection?? Or possibly a setting that needs to be changed? It is definately not a problem with bandwith or anything because we both have extremely fast internet connection!

Anyway any suggestions would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
