Software to monitor broadband downloads?

Hey,

I'm moving on to a broadband supplier that allows me to download 40gb per month, I was wondering if anyone knows of a program that allows me to monitor how much I've downloaded on one computer?

Mac Specs: 2009 13" macbook pro, 4gb ram

not that i know of, but you might want to try logging in on their web site . .
with my isp if i log in i can view how much bandwidth i have used from my profile. .
