nobody answered, but after a while I found an application called Detour by Rogue Amoeba which lets you add applications to it's list then control them from the system preferences, simple, but useful I use it a lot so I don't have hear sound from websites when listening to music.. It's been retired, so it's free, but might not work eventually.
