Is there any already bundled with OSX whilst using the little voice hole thing from my iMac? I have the enjoyment of having to make a narrative voice recording...

Garageband can do it. Can't remember what exactly you need to do, but alot of people use Garageband for podcasting, and thats pretty much what your gonna be doing.
