Quark and PDF xtension

I have a single license version of Quark 6.1 install on a G5 running Tiger, fully patched. Quark does allow the user to insert a PDF. I downloaded the PDF xtension from Quark and placed it in the extensions folder in Quark. But when I open quark it does not recognize that it was added. When I open the extension manager it is not there. How to I get this to work?:blind:

Can you not upgrade to 6.52?
