Best P2P software?

I've been a long time user of the DC++ network while using windows, but now that I've switched to OSX, can someone tell me which peer2peer program is best? I've given aMule a try, but I'm not really liking it...

those are the two big ones for OSX

www.frostwire.com is good, it's the open source version of limewire
