Looking for free OS X softphone app
Does anyone know of a free OS X softphone that works with a Macbook Pro? I have tried X-Lite and SJphone but they keep crashing or dropping calls. I am using a voipbuster account.

For general SIP support, try out Xmeeting, at

This is an evolution of the wonderful old ohphone product. I played with Xmeeting about six months ago and it seems to work reasonably well, but I haven't used it in a while.
