MSN Messenger for MAC

is there a way to video conference. I know with the windows version you can but I am yet to find out how with the mac version. any suggestions? I want to do this to talk to my MSN contacts, and I dont want them to have to download any new software. I on there other hand dont mind downloading if there is a solution.
