MPEG Streamclip

I have a program called MPEG Streamclip, which is a free download and might be my savior when it comes to burning MPEGs to DVD with excellent quality. For some reason, when I drag a clip over to MPEG Streamclip, it ONLY imports the first 33 seconds of the 25 minute episode.

Any idea why the program stops there?
