I have a 15" MBP and I recently bought Halo for it (what a game!) anyways I'm wondering about the CPU speed and fan speed, is it normal to be aroud 150-155 F and around 5K RPM. Just wondering I also have Fan Control to control the speed of the fans. How hot does your lappy get?

2.16 MHz C2D
1GB RAM
128 MB Video Card
120GB HD

150-155F CPU It idles at about 111F
??? GPU
~5K Fan RPM

Thats a normal temp for me when i'm running WoW. For a desktop thats nearly a critical throttling temperature but the CDs and C2Ds have a threshold of 100C - 212F.

I wouldn't be terribly worried about it. If you're still worried about the temp download SMCFancontroller to adjust your fanspeeds
QUOTE Thanks
