Hello everyone. I am a new Mac enthusiast and and new poster on this forum.

I'm curious if anyone is using Bitpim with their Mac. This is software that allows you to manage your files on your cell phone: import and export your phone book, ringtones, and pictures.

I am using the latest version--9.10--but it is crashing on me--- alot. I am using Bluetooth to transfer ringtones and images. I am able to pair my phone with the computer and the software detects this. I have successfully exported ringers and pictures from my phone, but when I try to add pictures to my phone, the program crashes every single time. I've even deleted the program and reinstalled it. It also crashes on me when I try to edit mp3s and create ringtones.

Any Mac users familiar with this program? Any advice?

Thanks

Welcome to Mac-Forums, Ravenclaw. Enjoy your stay!

I found this how to which might help a bit, BitPim for Mac OS X.

As for user comments/advice, maybe other members can jump in for hands-on ideas as I don't use a cell phone. :girl:
