i have mac crossover application installed and it works fine (tested half life - abit juttery on graphics, and unzipped plenty of zipped files).

does anyone know if it is possible to play red alert 2 on the macbook 13inch?

or has anyone done this? know anyone who has.

saves me wasting money buying it if i know it WONT work.

also, i had plenty of problems trying ot set up network games on a windows bassed network.

do you think i will encounter even more problems trying to configure the macbook with 4 other windows machines to play ra2 over network? my mac is on the netwrok fine but there are loads of settings need changing before playing ra2 on network - as i found out last year,

This probably doesn't help you guys, but I spent countless hours trying to figure out a way to play red alert 2 on my mac, finally bought parallels and run it through xp. I know it costs money but it works, and you can run it alongside mac osx in a window and still use your mac. If anyone can figure out another way that doesn't involve running all of windows I would be interested as well.
QUOTE Thanks
