Image dropper software

Is there such a thing as a small app that will allow you to drag a dropper or a cursor over part of a webpage or desktop and it will tell you the HEX and RGB values for it?

You have Mac OS X's own built-in DigitalColor Meter that you can find in your Utilities folder but I've been told it isn't 100% accurate.

it may be a couple more steps, but any paint-like app could do it with a screen shot of the page.
