Thread: Reason installation problems
12-21-2006, 09:33 AM #1grissivuGuestReason installation problems
i have created this thread because i can't install reason on my macbook pro.
I have a .dmg file that contains other 3 .dmg files that refer to reason installation disc and refill discs. When i start installation, i'm prompted to insert disc 2 (Orkester sound bank); now the question is that i'm installing it from disc and not from cd-rom.
Here is the problem: how can i mount .dmg disc image as cd-rom so installation program can found it?
The same problem i have solved in windows xp creating a virtual cd-rom drive and mounting iso image using alcohol 120%. Does exist a similiar utility under mac os x that able me to mount dmg. in virtual drive or something like this?:headphone

Have you actually tried just having all three mounted at the same time.
