Color of Thunderbird Tool Tips

This is an oddball question, but I have to ask. Like most applications, Thunderbird provides tool tips if you hover your mouse over a button or area of the interface. Like most apps, the tooltip background color is yellow.
Unlike most apps, the particular color of yellow is very deep, whereas most apps use a more washed out yellow. I find the color of the Thunderbird tooltip background to be unpleasant and would like to replace it.
Does anyone know how to do this? I have poked around the Thunderbird package (went to my Appplications folder and did a "Show Package Contents") hoping it might be a simple graphic file I could edit, but it either isn't this easy, or I just failed to find it.
Any and all help appreciated. Thanks! My Macs: iMac 27" 3.4 GHz, Mac Pro 3.2 GHz, PowerMac G5 Quad 2.5 GHz, G4 Cube with 1.2 GHz Upgrade
