I tried searching, but I got zip - so I'm going to ask.

Have any of you heard of or used Hopster? It's a great windows program that allows one, such as myself - to bypass firewall//censorship programs on an internet connection. e.g.: Websense at school...

so - do you know of anything like that for Mac?

Thanks!

I'm not using it for that - that's an example. I personally use it so that I can use Limewire from behind my Dad's uber-hyped firewall. The school example is just a common usage of the program. The question was simple - do you know a Mac equivalent program?

mmm... that seems to be the consistent answer I'm getting.

this is odd, you'd think it wouldn't be that hard/not done before.

-shrugs-

Thanks for your input! Anyone else?

if its your dads firewall ask him if he can open up a port for you.

otherwise you are stuck because i believe there are no such programs, at least ehre werent the last time i checked.

look at versiontracker.com and macupdate.com and search there for some stuff and see if you find something

Thanks, I'll do that now. Or I'll try, I'm at school and they block it for some reason.
