Is there a program similar to Microsoft Paint that I could download to use for photo editing or just to play around with colours and stuff?
I found this website, but I don't know which program to download.

Thanks!

If you do a quick search of the forums and enter Microsoft Paint in the text field I can guarantee you'll find that this question has been answered.

Try Graphic Converter, it's a free download and is also Universal so it's fine for PowerPC's and Intel Macs:

You may wish to consider GIMP, a freeware equivalent to Photoshop Elements. It supports both painting type activities and photo editing.
